Over the past seven years, local people have shown that they know the area’s needs better than anyone else. Identifying problems, planning projects to tackle them and making sure the community’s voice is heard by local decision-makers, West End residents have proved that better choices get made when local people can have a say.
And that’s another reason why we want to keep the good work going after 2010 – with a seat at the table wherever plans are being made for our area.
