After nine successful years as Newcastle New Deal for Communities - almost halving crime, improving over 2000 homes, and helping over 1300 people into jobs – we’re making a fresh start as Centre West, a charitable company with a community vision. It’s a new kind of organisation to keep the changes coming after our Government funding ends in 2010. 
 
And everything will be made official at The Hub on Westgate Road on Saturday 20 June, when a special launch party will entertain, inform and include local people, while finding out more about our plans for the future.   

The launch, which includes activities for all the family as well as opportunities to find out what Centre West will be aiming to achieve, is being held at The Hub, on Saturday 20 June, from 12 – 3pm.
