A new name...for a new start
After nine successful years as Newcastle New Deal for Communities, we’re getting set for a new start. New Deal helped to cut crime by almost half, improved over 2000 homes, and helped over 1300 local people into jobs.
Now it’s time for a different approach. New Deal is becoming Centre West – a charitable company with a community vision. A new kind of organisation to keep the community in charge, and keep the changes coming after our Government funding ends next year.
New Deal has made a real difference. Now it’s time to move forward together as Centre West.
