This area is bounded by the General Hospital, Crossley Terrace, Stanhope Street, Tamworth Road, Philip Street, Beaconsfield Street, Longley Street, Prospect Place, Westgate Road, Sceptre Street, Mill Lane, Elswick Road, Durham Street, Elliot Terrace and Westgate Road up to the hospital.
